| The pocket watch is beautiful. So few watch come with the days. It bilingual with the days. It easy to change the day & dates without having to stop the watch for those short months. Of couse one has to set the watch to it am or pm time so that it keep up with the day & date change. It Gold, there are so few pocket watches that are being seen in gold.The size and tension of the crown is just right that it does not pop out when in the pocket or pocketwatch pocket that some jeans still have. It perfect for place where cell phone coverage is zero, work & Airplane.
The one thing that would NOT make this the last watch I would get again is if Bulova not only had the above but that it had kinetic and/or automatic movt. like some seiko’s have. THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL THEN!!! I have one of the first kinetic. I could not wear it on the job so it run out of go-go juice. Take forever to recharge with my arm lack of movt. but drop it in my pocket one day because I forgot to leave it home. It was fully charge in no time. FYI make sure you have not thing else in your pocket with the watch or cellphone- keys, coins are like sandpaper to wood. Know what I mean? |

| I have had this watch for three years, of which it was probably used for a total of three months. It never kept accurate time, plus or minus 2 to 3 minutes a day. Slowlly winding became rough and finally the stem became mechanically seperate from its in ternals. This watch will become no 100 year familly heirloom. Sent it to be repaired at Tissot and they gave an estemate of $360 to fix a $ 400 watch. N0 way. Save your money and buy a seiko or citizen. |
